Due to the custom and permanent nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. Each piece is uniquely tailored and welded, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the chain has been cut or welded.

Re-Weld Guarantee

If your jewelry experiences a weld failure within 30 days of purchase, we offer one complimentary re-weld. Please contact us at jocollc8@gmail.com to arrange your re-weld service. Proof of purchase may be required.

Chain or Charm Exchange

Because all pieces are custom-fit to each individual, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for chains or charms once they have been cut or welded. We encourage you to take your time selecting the chain and charms you truly love before the linking process begins.
